Response times

We aim to respond to general support questions within 1–2 business days. Privacy rights requests are handled within 45 days per California CCPA timeline (we usually respond much faster).

Where Salon Manager Pro is right now

The app is in pre-legal-review state, distributed to internal testers only. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on this site are drafts pending counsel; the binding versions land before public App Store launch.
